16% of mid-market investment projects get abandoned.
Not because of bad ideas. Because nobody checked whether the idea was technically feasible, economically sound, and organizationally viable. That is exactly what we do.
You have an idea for a digitalization project, an AI application, or a new product. But is the investment worth it? We deliver the decision basis before you commit six-figure budgets. If the verdict is positive, our project management guides the implementation.
No 80-page studies that collect dust. You get a clear assessment, a prioritized action plan, and know within weeks whether and how to move forward.
We don't sell technology and have no partnerships with software vendors. As independent advisors, our recommendation follows your needs, not our margin.
We have no interest in selling you a follow-up project. If the study shows an initiative isn't viable, we say so. Better to pump the brakes once than to accompany a project destined to fail.
Our methods in the Innovation Lab
Design Sprints & Workshops
One week, one team, one tested concept. We run intensive sprints that turn vague ideas into concrete results.
Rapid Prototyping
Clickable mockups, technical PoCs, or a functional MVP. Built in weeks, not planned over months.
User Research & Testing
We test your ideas with real users. So you know before investing whether your solution misses the mark or hits it.
Technology Assessment
Which technology fits your initiative? We evaluate options by feasibility, cost, and future-readiness. No vendor ties.
Two offerings, clear results.
Fixed price, fixed scope. Whether your next IT initiative is feasible or where you stand on AI: you know upfront what you get.
Feasibility Study: Can we build it? Should we?
You have a specific IT initiative in mind but no solid basis for the investment decision. In 3 weeks, we assess technical feasibility, economic viability, and implementation risks. The result: a clear recommendation to proceed, adjust, or stop.
- Requirements analysis & stakeholder interviews
- Technical assessment & architecture sketch
- Cost-benefit analysis with risk evaluation
- Go/no-go recommendation with implementation roadmap
AI Inventory: What's running, what's missing, what comes next
Your employees are already using AI, often without your knowledge. The AI Inventory counts what's there, assesses risks and potential, and delivers a governance structure with prioritized use cases.
- AI inventory incl. shadow AI
- Readiness scorecard across 5 dimensions
- Top 5 use cases with ROI estimate
- Governance framework and AI literacy check
- Decision document for executive management
Frequently asked questions about the Innovation Lab
The feasibility study is right when you have a specific IT initiative to evaluate: new software, a platform, a digitalization project. The AI Inventory fits when you need an overview of AI in your organization: what's already being used, where the risks are, which use cases have real potential. We clarify what fits best in the initial conversation.
Fixed price, fixed timeline, tangible result. You don't get an open-ended invoice by the hour. You get a decision basis in 3-6 weeks. And we have no incentive to extend the project artificially, because we work at a fixed price.
Yes. Feasibility studies are eligible for ZIM funding (Central Innovation Programme for SMEs) at 40-55% of costs. For an EUR 19,800 project, the effective investment can drop to EUR 8,910-11,880. We're happy to advise on the application process.
Usually within 1-2 weeks. We clarify objectives and scope in a short kickoff and then get started right away.
That's up to you. If the result is positive and you want external oversight for the implementation, we handle that through our project management practice. No automatic follow-on, no pressure, no dependency.
